Mangan Martial Arts Academy will be hosting a 2 day Women's Self-Protection Seminar. No prior experience required. Ages 13 and up. This event will be held at Mangan Martial Arts Academy, located in Downtown Mooresville.

Participants of this seminar will learn effective self-protection techniques and awareness in multiple compromising scenarios in a safe and non-intimidating atmosphere. We want to share our knowledge and help empower ALL women within our community.
