We have had students that have tried going to gyms, health clubs, and have even bought home gym equipment, but have gotten bored of these activities. Our adult classes are a mix of a relaxed, fun, a great workout, and safe environment that also respects the tradition, philosophy, and honor of the martial arts. All of the benefits that you get from martial arts are because every class is unique, which makes working out fun and not a chore.

We also understand how busy life can be. Adults have jobs, children, a social life and there just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to workout. However, Mangan Martial Arts Academy has adult classes five days a week and a flexible schedule, which makes classes easily accessible.​​
