Mangan Martial Arts Academy's adult program is appropriate no matter physical health, mental health, or martial arts experience. We keep beginners in mind, so you do not need any prior martial arts experience. Our adult program can be adjusted by our professional instructors to help you accomplish your personal goals at your own pace.
We have had students that have tried going to gyms, health clubs, and have even bought home gym equipment, but have gotten bored of these activities. Our adult classes are a mix of a relaxed, fun, and safe environment that also respects the tradition, philosophy, and honor of the martial arts.
